Researchers have found that we may add up to 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to
improve insulin and have better control of our blood sugar.  

                How About This Exciting News

In this research, 60 patients with Type II diabetes ,30 women and 30 men,
concluded that after 40 days, those taking 1 to 6 grams of cinnamon a day
reduced glucose (sugar) by 29%, LDL 27%, triglycerides 30%, and cholesterol
26%.

Caution:
As with all medications, herbs, and supplements it is best to research
and talk to a medical professional prior to pursuing treatments for any
ailments.  Do not use more than 1/2 teaspoon a day of cinnamon.
