Harmonious Healing and Yoga

                                         Because of the illusion of separation, I
                                         thought life was happening to me, and like
                                         most I followed the same formula for
                                         looking outside the self to find
                                         synchronistic events which lead me on to
                                         an inner journey.  I then spent time
                                         researching and studying the human energy
                                         consciousness system.  I discovered how
                                         we can acquire the natural state of well
                                         being.

My experience and success working with clients have proven there is
nothing to add to the perfection in which you are made.  In every case it
has been a matter of stripping away the additives.  These additives
disrupt the natural harmony of your energy field causing you to be
susceptible to physical illness.

These additives could be childhood trauma, belief systems, or everyday
stress occurring in our lives.    The body being a self healing organism
that it clears these problems out and heals itself.

The soul balancing is a hands on energy technique approach which I use
to assist you with your personal process of healing.  I do not see
separation between conventional medicine and holistic methods.  There
is a balance approach to healing that is catered to the individual.
Lolly utilizes multiple forms of alternative
healing methods and techniques to improve
physical, emotional, and inner peace.

Harmonious Healing:
This is a unique form of treatment
incorporating back massage, Reiki, and
reflexology to bring body, mind, and spirit
into balance.  Reflexology and Reiki utilize
subtle anatomy of meridians Chakrik
systems and the reflex areas of the feet to
clear imbalances and reduce stress.

Hartha Yoga systematically stretches and
strengthens muscles, increases circulation,
quiets the mind, and improves
concentration.

Ha meaning "Sun" and Tha meaning
"
Moon".  Hatha yoga is commonly
translated as when the yoga brings the
union of opposites.  Hatha Yoga in a
concentrated practice on postures (
asanas)
and breathing control (
pranayama) to
energize subtle channels (
nadis).

By practicing yoga, it stresses the
development of healthy and flexible joints,
as well as, the healing of the spiritual mind.
A unique feature of yoga is that the
exercises aide in the stimulation of
hormonal glands, strength of spine, and
massage of the internal organs.  This
creates harmonious balance of physical and
mental wellness.
